"Art of negotiation" explores eight artist-led participatory projects in different sites across England. The case studies document how the projects wer inititated and produced, and explore the negotiations - between artists, partners and participants, and audience - through which the work toook shape. The book presents multiple narratives, bringing in the voices of participants, partners and other stakeholders which are often absent in this discourse.
Artists include: Faisal Abdu'Allah, Sonia Boyce, Stuart Brisley and Radix North East, Lottie Child, Alan Dunn, Wendy Ewald, Simon Pope, Holly Warburton.
